In the era of No Child Left Behind, I believe that we are so used to working in a culture of competition (under heavy pressure to increase student achievement)  that that we have become unwilling to share our best ideas in education.  I'm hoping to change that philosophy!  If we are willing to increase our "sharing reputation" and collaborate with other educators, we will ALL get better.  We will get better together for the students and communities we serve - All Ships Rise.
