Origin Story
I didn’t set out to create a framework. I was trying to solve a problem I kept seeing in schools. New initiatives made sense, but they didn’t stick—not because teachers resisted change, but because they were asked to take risks in real classrooms while managing too many priorities. So I began to rethink leadership. What if the issue isn’t resistance, but how we lead change? That’s where this idea emerged: Don’t push change. Build momentum.
When teachers feel safe, supported, and see success around them, change grows—and momentum takes over.
